An analysis concept that small food production companies or the retail butcher can handle themselves. That is the starting point in the ISOAMKIT project, which will carry out the necessary research and development effort required to offer a new concept of analysis. The concept will supersede submission of samples to a central laboratory and have sufficient robustness and sensitivity for use by staff of small food businesses. 

The project is a collaboration between the National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark (DTU Food), DTU Nanotech, Danish Crown, Dansk And and Dianova. 

The Danish Agrifish Agency's industrial subsidy scheme GUDP supports the project, which will be realized in the period 2016-2018.
